1-2 Mangoes
1 Banana
3 tbs Chia Seeds, soaked for up to 10 hours in 1 cup of Natural Raw C Coconut Water
1 cup Natural Raw C 1 handful of Kale
2 tbs Goji Berries

Summer Smoothie

BLENDER RECIPE OF THE DAY – Summer Smoothie by The Health Emporium
1 large mango, peeled and chopped
1 large banana, peeled and chopped leaves from 2 sprigs of mint…
½ cup organic rice milk
2 tsp spirulina powder 2 tsp ground flaxseeds (or flaxseed oil)
6 ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients together for a healthy start to the day.
Drink immediately.

Any leftovers can be frozen in small ice block molds as a wholesome snack for children.
Serves 2.

Choc Berry Power Superfood Smoothie

1/4 large banana frozen
1 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 cups baby spinach
1 tsp Amazonia pre-probiotics
1 tsp Amazonia Raw Energy
1 tsp bee pollen
1 tsp @powersuperfoods superblast antioxidants
1 tsp @lovingearth mesquite
1 tsp loving earth lacuma
1 tsp vital greens
1 tsp maca powder
1 heaped tsp cacao
1 tbs cacao nibs
1 tbs goji berries
1 tbs pura veda
1 tbs hemp foods Australia hemp seeds
1 tbs @banabancoconutoil
1 cup @NaturalRawC coconut water
small pinch of Himalayan rock salt

Blend all the ingredients in your #optimumblender from #froothieuntil smooth and creamy. Today I used my #optimum9400 for a change! Top with a few extra goji berries and sse your#froggystraw from @theGreennutritionist – it’s wide tube allows you to suck up the extra toppings! YUM!

So it’s not quite summer yet, but as Ally says she’s so ready for it that she’s starting the celebration early! Raid the fruit bowl for your stone fruit, and love this one!

Flesh of two mangos
2 nectarines, pitted
2 peaches, pitted
1 cup milk, milk kefir or non-dairy beverage
4 pitted prunes
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp bee pollen (optional)
2 tsp maca powder (optional)

Blend all ingredients on high in your high-quality OPTIMUM blender until smooth and creamy! Serves 2.

A little note from me, freeze the mango first for a sorbet style smoothie that’s to DIE for!

A smoothie that Ally assures us tastes like summer!! I’m off to try it! What about you?

Flesh of 1 brown coconut
Flesh of 1 small sugar pineapple
1 starfruit, washed
1 1/2 cups coconut water
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients on high in your OPTIMUM high powered blender. Serves 2.

It’s great what you can create and how many greens you can fit into one meal with a high speed blender like the Optimum!

2 bananas, 1 cup frozen mango, 1 cup kale, 1/2 cup baby spinach, scoop of vanilla sun warrior protein powder, 1 cup coconut water, 1 cup almond milk all blended well in the Optimum blender and served in my new cute mason jar with handle…
