Free UK Delivery & 30 Days Free Return.

Delivery is free on all UK orders except accessories.

Your order will be shipped with FedEx to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Orders received before 2pm week days will be shipped same day and will be delivered next day.

For returns or exchange, we give on all our purchases a 30 days free return free exchange policy no questions asked. The system we use is a free hermes return label, just contact us on support@froothie.co.uk and we will action your return.

From your side, please just keep all the packaging so you are able to return the machine safely without any damage and kindly clean the machine before returning it.   

For EU orders, we will ship them same day however you need to allow few more days for them to arrive at destination. We will also refund you the VAT after you place your order because you have to pay it to the shipping company upon delivery.
