We offer a 30-day free trial on new machines and 14-day free trial on demo machines & return for a full refund for UK consumers only or exchange so all our new customers can have full confidence in their purchasing decision and have peace of mind when they are investing in our machines. We know once our new customers try our machines they will love them. 

No return will be accepted from Europe except if the machine is damaged in which instance we will exchange it for another one. Parts cannot be returned once bought to ensure that always new parts are sold.

The only condition for a return is to return the machine as received within 30 days: clean and in the same packaging (inner box, outer box, and the foam) it was delivered in so the machine is safely returned to us. The customer should send pictures of the returned machine with all the packaging to authorize the return and send him a free return label.
